Honestly, fantastic service. Keith was with us within a few hours of phoning, resolved the issue quickly and provided great advice on preventing future blockages. Problem was sorted before noon on Monday and I'd spent most of Sunday night worrying about it. I’d 100% recommend this business 😀!!
I called ProDrain at 3pm on a Friday and Keith arrived before 4pm same day. Drain cleared within 15mins and job sorted. Very difficult job by the way, in a distant corner of the garden. Very reasonable rates and excellent service. Keith even power washed the drain overflow. Would highly recommend ProDrain and Keith was a pleasure to deal with. 5 star.
Just had Tony out today to clear the pipes to my septic tank Was hopeful but not over confident he could sort it as I had broken not one but 2 chimney cleaning attachments inside the pipes so sewerage was backing up so an emergency wasn't far away. He was out within the hour, removed both attachments and cleared the pipes all inside an hour. Very professional and easy to deal with and considering I would have left with backed up sewerage for the bh w/e very reasonable. Would highly recommend Prodrain!
Keith arrived at my door within an hour of my call. Difficult issue to fix, but he kept at it until it was resolved. Nice guy and did an excellent job. Highly recommended
