Pro Renovations Limerick

We got our bathroom redone and waterproofed by Pro Renovations Ireland and honestly, it was the best experience we've ever had with any company from start to finish. The work itself came out great, you can tell they know what they’re doing, and everything was done in around 10 days which we were happy with. But what stood out the most wasn’t even just the work, it was the way they treated us with respect. Chris and the team (Derrick, Barry and Connor) were genuinely so patient and respectful. We had a lot of questions and kept bringing up little things here and there, and not once did they seem annoyed or rush us. They actually listened, took everything on board, and tried their best to accommodate whatever we asked which is very rare. You don’t always get that with people working in your house, but these guys were just easy to deal with the whole time. Proper good people, very humble, and professional without making it feel stiff or uncomfortable. Overall, really happy with everything and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for bathroom remodelling.

It was a pleasure dealing with Pro Renovations who recently renovated our bathroom. I sent Chris an AI Image of what I wanted, and he made it happen with ease. It was a pleasure dealing with Con, Dobs and Barry who had a smile for my 3 year old every morning at 8.30am on the dot. Everything was finished to such a high standard. Chris's team is a credit to him.

I contacted Pro Renovations a couple of weeks ago for a full bathroom renovation. I was asked to leave me details with Chris and he would come back to me the following week, he never did. When I called again he gave me an appointment for a home visit to look at the work to be done. So I took time off from work for the appointment, Chris never turned up..I tried to call again to find out what was happening. He never answered his phone.. Waist of time.

I can’t say enough of good things about Pro renovations. So professional and will go above and beyond. Chris will walk you through every step of the job so you know exactly what is ahead.
