We had been looking for some time to replace our old gas boiler. We did have a brand preference in mind, so we requested quotes from companies in the area whom that brand listed as authorised. The initial visit by an experienced Boiler Tech installer was very helpful. He looked carefully at our entire installation – the gas pipes and their effect on gas pressure and flow, the water pressure etc. - and gave us very specific recommendations. Due to these, we ruled out the combi boiler type and the brand we had initially preferred. The quotation we then received from Boiler Tech for our next preferred brand and model had the best prices among all the quotations we received, was properly itemized and well explained. The installation and commissioning were performed sooner than it had been estimated, which was great! The team started early, worked very cleanly, finished in less than one day. All the explanations and instructions they gave us were clear. Congratulations to the two youngsters and to the experienced professionals who had trained them! Finally, post installation the back-office team at Boiler Tech quickly handled the boiler’s warranty registration with the manufacturer. We wish them all the best in running their business!

Had my boiler serviced, well overdue, by Ronan, he was a pleasure to deal with and when my burner gave up he came back out and fixed immediately. My gas boiler re cently broke down unexpectedly and was going to cost hundreds tp repair so, I priced a new install. Boiler Tech and Val responded immediately to my query and from receiving a quote on a Friday evening to having the boiler installed the following Wednesday I cannot speak highly enough about Boiler Tech. Their response time to each query was very impressive and every promise made was kept to the minute. The installation itself was carried out bby two very accomplished installers and the work was very neat and tidy. Its been a long time since I had to get a job like this done and a certain nervousness about getting it right but it was much easier with Boiler Tech's expert expertise. Bloody brilliant🥰 fixed, no issue, job done. Amazing Ronan came here, had a horrible job as my boiler never had been serviced in about 16 years. Recommended something that needs to be done that's not expensive but in the future, not an emergency. .super professional. I've yet to pay I'll get the invoice and do tomorrow. Because the technician didn't have the part for the external thing to be done they only charged me 20 for the part and not the call out fee. Well done boiler tech.
