Fantastic from start to finish. We hired Tom for our annual heat pump service. Booking was simple. We just fired him an email and he returned to us instantly to confirm a slot. Payment was made prior to visit although there was an option to pay on the day with cash also. The service was done thoroughly and took approximately 2 hours. He also tweaked our settings to ensure the best efficiency from our pump going forward. On top of this, Tom is a super friendly guy and I would highly recommend him to any future potential client.
