Universal Kitchens

I had an awkward space with combined wardrobes & hot press in the main bedroom. I searched high and low for someone to install built in units that disguised the hot press into a full wall of units. I couldn't be happier with the results. The team did a stunning job, they were so fantastic and professional to deal with. Highly recommend!

5 stars isn't enough for Mark and the team at Universal Kitchens. I walked into Universal Kitchens feeling pretty deflated after a consultation elsewhere where I had been told my kitchen was too small to achieve what I wanted. From the minute I sat down with Mark, I knew I was dealing with someone who really knew his stuff. As soon as I told him where my house was, he already knew the layout and was asking questions about the space and whether I was knocking through walls. Instead of telling me what couldn't be done, his attitude was "we can make that work" and that instantly gave me confidence. Mark designed exactly the kitchen I had in mind and made the whole process enjoyable. There was a huge choice of colours, handles, panels and finishes, and he was brilliant at helping me narrow everything down. I actually left that first consultation knowing I was going with Universal Kitchens because of how professional, knowledgeable and approachable Mark was. The communication throughout was excellent, nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything happened exactly as it was supposed to. The fitting process was seamless and the attention to detail was fantastic. I'm now living in the house and I absolutely love my kitchen. It's everything I wanted and more, and every visitor comments on it. Choosing Universal Kitchens was one of the best decisions i made during my renovation, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a new kitchen.

While we didn't end up going with Universal Kitchens in the end for our new build, I just wanted to give a review on how fantastic they were to deal with. Nick was an absolute gentleman, he took the time out of a busy Saturday to go through all the different styles and design in detail. Their portfolio and range of options is great and Nick was very helpful and knowledgeable given his background. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future!
