Before your staff member opened the key, it was in good condition and fully intact, with no signs of damage or tampering. The only issue was a dead battery. This can be clearly supported by the photos I have, which show the condition of the key before and after your staff attempted the repair. After leaving the key with your staff for what was meant to be a simple battery replacement, I was made to wait significantly longer than advised. I was then informed that the key had been damaged during the process and could not be repaired. The visible damage clearly shows that the key was broken as a result of the attempt to replace battery!!! I trusted your business to carry out a straightforward service. Instead, my key has been returned to me in a damaged and unusable condition. I am requesting that you take full responsibility for this matter and provide a resolution by either:
What an absolute fantastic service. The key broke in the door . I rang lock doctor and spoke with Kevin a gentleman who couldnt have been more helpful to me. Max the technician arrived another gentleman and very helpful guy. From the time I rang Kevin and Max arriving all was completed in less than 30 mins with such efficiency . I've been in twice lately and a gentleman who i'm presuming is a manager has gone over and above to be helpful. I couldn't recommended them enough especially this man. Top job. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I feel obliged to leave a review note. I got locked out of my car with the key just giving up the ghost. I called them immediately. Within 40 mins I was back on the road.
