Shop does not deserve even one star,absolutely despicable staff in limerick store. Me and my husband were shopping there last weekend, had full trolley of paints, floor panels, floor underlay, adhesive, electric sockets, etc all bits we need for home renovations, trolley was park behind us while we were picking paint colour with one of staff member for pain mixing, in meantime one of staff member took out trolley away. When we realise trolley was missing, they kept denying it was them, claiming customer had to take it. Asked 3 times to speak with manager, which was denied, asked for camera to be checked multiple times , they kept refusing. Absolutely disrespectful staff .Will not be back. Never came a cross business where u ask to speak to manager and you are denied.

Great customer service from Pedro on 23rd Dec in the Limerick store, he was so helpful and patient from the moment I rang the store ahead to ask if I could exchange lights (as there was no plug in the set of outdoor xmas lights I bought). Once I arrived to the store (when it was quiet) he went out of his way to double check the box and advised on the colour of the lights etc. Thank you again /Obrigada Pedro!
