I needed a stamp from a notary public and was quiet impressed with how quickly Mr. Sweeney replied back to me. However I did have to drive to his house which was a bit away from his office and had to pass lengthy roadworks, which added a big hold up to my journey. No mention of any of this on the phone call (which I could forgive), but then no mention of the price of the service (50 euro) till I was nearly walking out the door. Found it a bit strange and communication could have been better. My advice would be shop around!
I just recently used the services of Deirdre Lynch in Sweeney McGann for my house sale. Deirdre was professional (but easy to talk to, with normal talk instead of legal confusion!). She dealt with this in a speedy manner and spoke to me well in advance of what I needed to do, so this in turn helped the whole matter go smoothly, as I knew exactly what I had to do to get it over the line. Would 1 million percent recommend her.
