Contacted George and he was out to me within hours. Sorted the issue with no fuss and was happy to answer as many questions as I could throw at him. Very informative and hassle free. Would highly recommend!
George from ES Pest Control was onsite on a Saturday 4hrs after initial contact. Dealt with a wasp nest in soffits above front door, in 5hrs wasps gone and problem solved. Would recommend, helpful and professional. Waiting all day previous Friday for Rentokil to arrange an appointment for the following Monday, ES Pest Control here and job done in little over 4hrs and considerably cheaper.
Was told they would be here on Tuesday when I rang on Monday. Sent Eircode directly after call on Monday, followed up with 3 texts, eventually got a call from another mobile number on Thursday, they proceeded to say I’d never sent a text!! A guy got here Friday ( he was very nice, not the guy I’d spoken with), he set traps for the studio apartment , I’d been told he would check the house as well as it was the same cost, but this wasn’t done. I was quoted €250 by the owner, then the accounts person who dealt with my husband for payment said it was €307 including VAT. I am a homeowner not a business and I was quoted €250 no mention of VAT. I don’t go into a DIY shop and see a price only to be charge a different price with additional VAT at the till. Get your quotes and service elsewhere.
