M&C Property

I paid a €500 deposit to join the waitlist on the 4th June for student accomodation. Last week when I tried to contact M&C Property there was no one answering the dedicated phone line, I managed to contact the manager of student accomodation and he promised me a full refund of my money , Luis requested my IBAN , I sent it straight away and I still have not received my refund. This is really poor communication and service from the company at a time in students lives that should be full of excitement and anticipation.

Was one of the tenants in their properties, when a fob was lost to access the building, it took them over a month to give a new one. My partner and I had to constantly swap out the fobs to make sure someone was able to be at home. It was fine and normal in their eyes. Absolutely abysmal service. Getting any type of meter readings were always an issue. Stay away from them and any properties they manage.

This was an international move to attend University. So much to learn. I highly recommend M&C Property management. Brian is extremely helpful and kind. He is quick to respond to queries and patient. The property was as described to us and very nicely presented. I am grateful to have found them!
