The ongoing lack of security and instances of antisocial behavior are unacceptable, demanding immediate attention and resolution. **Security Lapses:** - A concerning pattern exists where unregistered individuals, including drug dealers and addicts, have unrestricted access to the building. - The presence of syringes in common areas and an uptick in antisocial behavior pose significant risks to residents' safety. **Life-Threatening Incidents:** - Two separate attempts to break into my apartment, where the lock was unscrewed while I was asleep, have put my life in jeopardy. - It is imperative to highlight these incidents as severe breaches of security that require a comprehensive and urgent response. **Inadequate Response:** - Despite raising these life-threatening concerns and requesting surveillance checks, Aviary Estates has provided dismissive responses, claiming such incidents are commonplace. - This lackadaisical approach is not in line with the duty of care owed to tenants and is compromising the overall safety of the residents. **Call to Action:** - Immediate intervention is necessary to enhance security measures, including upgraded surveillance, strengthened access controls, and a rigorous screening process for tenants and guests. - Aviary Estates must prioritize the safety and well-being of its tenants, adhering to the Residential Tenancies Board guidelines and swiftly addressing criminal activities within the premises. Aviary estates management company is a competent team who works efficiently and quick. Bought the apartment recently and I am impressed with their help and kindness. Highly recommend very professional and always do their best to solve any issues. 10/10 rating.

Two month that only one lift is working at the mount Kenneth place . One lift for 60 apartment. Family with pram waiting forever for it . And cherry on the cake today no lift working. Older people, single women with bags pram have to go through the stairs and if they are unlucky enough to live on 3rd floor +++ they will have to go up all the stairs . Disable people weak people can get lost in the mind of aviary ! Extremely disappointed and shocked about this company ! Giving over a 1000€ a year for not maintained common areas no lift and finding condoms in the stairs ! If I could put zero star I would !
