Waste of time, would ask for personal information and documents and then proceed to not reply any further emails. One would imagine after handing them private information they would have the decency of replying. Nothing can be expected from this agency. Calling in is probably a worse experience, they would nod along and say "everything is done online".

The worst agency you can imagine. They cancelled transaction two times. Don't answer calls and emails. We had to ask them to take the deposit for the house. If they told the truth you would know what is your situation, but they lie to your face. We asked our friends to ring agency for the current offer and everyone got different price. If you have an enemy you can recommend him GL Auctioneers. Dealing with them is a real nightmare. Worst experience we've ever had.
Extremely unprofessional letting agency, I would not recommend to anyone searching rental accommodation. Agents speak in a derogatory and condescending manner. We were asked to have the deposit paid in cash with no confirmation of lease details. When we asked questions regarding our contract we received rude and insulting comments. We were treated with disrespect which completely deterred us from going forward with the lease. This agency is taking advantage of the current housing crisis. I am happy we have not proceeded to rent with this agency. Avoid at all costs.
