I am very upset with this company for making me waste my time. After a week of waiting to see the property in the city of Ennis, Co. Clare, in less than a minute the agent handed me a brochure with an email, so that I would go and send an email with my details to see if I was eligible to rent the property. And I told her, why didn’t you tell me that before, after a week of coming to see it? A waste of time. If I had sent the details earlier, I would have avoided the wait. We were already going with the money in hand to rent it, and with full availability to rent it, and she made me waste my time. I am very upset. Why make us wait to send an email to see if you rent it to me? What is this? Does she think my time is not valuable or what? Ah! Plus they brought 10 people to viewing the small unit at the same time. Time waisted.
