Contracted this firm to facilitate my mortgage switch. I chose them simply out of convenience as they facilitated the purchase of the home a few years ago. 1. Over-priced. Go to Tina Hills, very reasonably priced and facilitated a number of my friend's mortgages. 2. Did not respond to two emails at all, 1 of which was urgent as had an engineer coming on site to provide certs. 3. Sent me a final fee note, and 51 hours later queried when it was going to be paid. Bottom line.. convenience is not always worth it.
