Fantastic company. They have just completed a delivery from Ireland to the UK for us, and the customer service was awesome. Ingrida (from the Irish office) has guided us every step of the way. We have been in constant contact via WhatsApp and email. Ingrida helped us with our shipment, and this has been a totally worry-free experience for us. Careline are a fantastic shipping company, and if I could give them six stars, that would be well justified. Very highly recommended and a great company to deal with.
We have used Careline twice now, first to ship over personal items to The Netherlands last year and to bring them back this month, I would wholeheartedly recommend them, from the first contact with James in sales to the collection with James and Anita in the Netherlands and a Big thank you to Ingrida, who kept us informed all the way. It took just 6 working days to collect in Netherlands and delving to Galway. A fantastic service all round.
Careline made our move so much easier! From the first phone call to the office & assessment of volume to be moved with Karl, everything was straightforward. Edel in the office was so quick to reply on email or calls and nothing ever an issue with an ever evolving timeline on our side for moving into the new house. I had also compared quotes with two other companies and Careline was most competitive. The lads who did our fragile pack were so efficient and careful, and they loaded all our belongings and furniture with care and unloaded everything at the new house very efficiently. Colin & Mikey were so helpful and kindly re-assembled our beds on redelivery as well. Overall I couldn’t recommend Careline more - moving house is incredibly stressful so it’s great to have an experienced company taking care of this part.

Excellent customer service! All my goods arrived safely from Ireland to South Africa within 4 months with no broken items. I used their professional packing service which was very good. I highly recommend Careline Moving and Storage for any local or international move.
