We hired Q3 for camera maintenance in our apartment complex, and the service was extremely disappointing. The cameras were frequently unavailable, causing constant issues. Despite spending an entire day on-site and charging high fees, they failed to deliver a reliable service. To make matters worse, one of our cameras went missing during their visit. They were the only ones with access to it, yet they denied any involvement. This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Overall, we cannot recommend Q3 and will be looking elsewhere for maintenance services in the future.
