From start to finish an exceptional service. I selected Treacy Solar & Retrofit, partially due to cost (not the cheapest), experience in roofing, and positive reviews from other customers. They gave my a 4 to 6 week timeline to the install and they arrived after 5 weeks. The first person arrived exactly at 08:00 and last person left at circa 17:00. The whole job 24 panels, SigenStor completely fitted and working. I had a complete demo from one the guys. The whole team starting with Jeff was a pleasure to work with. I had many, many questions which were always answered promptly. Customer service was fantastic.

Treacy Solar are a very competitive, very professional and punctual company and I couldn't recommend them enough. They were very knowledgeable and there was no pushy sales tactic or schedule. On the install day, the amount of vans and lads that arrived on site was impressive. They were there to ensure the job got completed in one day. the level of resources put into the job ensured that it was not a rushed job. Jack, Darren, Nathan, Sean, Joe plus others that I can't remember names, all were very nice to deal with and walked through the location of everything to make sure I was happy with it. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and all rubbish/recycling was removed from site. A detailed run through of everything including the app and its functionality was explained clearly.
