Called about a problem with a fridge freezer expecting Maurice to come and take a look. Would have had no issues paying a call-out fee but he diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me tow to fix it myself. Very decent of him
Maurice repaired a washing machine in a rental property we have for a tenant, he came within 48 hours of the call, serviced the machine and installed a new pump to get it to work right. Tenant is happy and so I am and I saved money on replacing the appliance completely and plus +1 to one less washing machine in the junk yard. 10/10 will use again.
Called out Maurice twice now and was very satisfied both times, despite the second calling for a write off of the machine concerned, built in obsolescence being the cause of our washing machine's demise. The first, which was a repair was carried out quickly and efficiently and happened nearly two years ago.
