Karen and Ronan managed all aspects of our extension from an initial design consultation, getting planning permission to helping us select the builder and oversee the build. Ronan and Karen’s team was recommended to me by a builder, and I feel incredibly fortunate that our paths crossed during my home extension project. They offered practical and creative input on everything — from the overall aesthetics and color palettes to power outlets, fittings, and even supplier recommendations.  Now, after living in the newly extended space for over six months, I can say with confidence that the home is not only beautiful and functional, but also wonderfully comfortable and energy-efficient. We had a great experience working with Ronan & Karen and their team (who were recommended to us from our friends who had a similar positive experience) from initial design to final product. They designed a single story double height extension to the back of our semi detached home which maximises light through creative use of space and a clever roof design. We are delighted with the end result. They took time with the design to identify needs vs wants and our style which resulted in a customer-centric solution that maximises flow and really reflects how we wish to live. They are budget conscious and look at how best to use the existing space rather than delivering a standard box-style extension. They hired the contractor via a tender process to get the best cost and best fit for the job and project managed the build end-to-end and made sure the project was completed in a timely fashion and on budget.

Karen and Ronan have been fantastic to work with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an amazing architect and design team. They have been so patient and understanding to us during the long awaited time of us finally finding our dream location. They have made our dream home come true on paper and listened to everything we wanted and also gave fantastic advice along the way. They've been great friends and mentors to us both, with being a young couple starting off and not knowing much about the whole process of starting a home from scratch.
