We have added an extension to our house that is nearly finished. We went to DPL for all bathroom materials, radiators and more. Alan, Barry and the lads were very helpful throughout. We tormented Alan with questions but he was always more than happy to give us his professional advice! We priced around when buying everything for the house and DPL were the best priced for most brands. Highly recommend the lads up there.
Disgraceful customer service, after taking the time out to travel to DPL Waterford, I was greeted with a counter sales guy with a bad attitude and seriously lacking any professionalism or skills. Would Not recommend. I found what I wanted in another more friendlier, professional plumber supplies in Waterford.
