The queues in this shop are ridiculous. Everytime I’m here I’m queuing for 5-10 minutes as there usually (99% of time) is only one person on check out. Even when other staff pass by and see a queue building up and the one customer service staff dealing with a time consuming matter such as return, an order or a big purchase they walk on.

Very bad experience i went in recently looking for a refund and spoke to two girls who really tried to help and were lovely but had to pass me onto the manager who was extremely rude but then also went on to speak to her staff in a disgusting manner swearing in front of me. The two girls who tried to help were lovely and didnt deserve to be spoken to like that! Do not recommend manager is atrocious and should be sacked immediately!
Just wanted to share my recent experience at The Range in Waterford. I picked up two bedside lockers and two chests of drawers, reasonable quality at reasonable price. They're perfect for my bedroom and have decent storage space. Definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for affordable furniture.
