I recently had windows and patio door fitted by Harris Windows and can say it was a 5 star plus experience. From the initial consultation with John a gentleman and so knowledgeable who gave great advice . The gentlemen who did the installation Robert, Derick, Alan and Roger were professional, punctual, polite and the workmanship second to none. They left the house spotless. The windows and door are of great quality . I cannot recommend Harris Windows enough. The entire team from Mary in the office was a great experience so professional and efficient. Thank you John and team.
I bought windows and a front door in 2017, all windows bar one, became unopenable very quickly, my front door was never sealed correctly.... the final window gave out today...my house filled with smoke and I was able to open the doors (a bungalow)... Windows not working, could be a matter of life and death..no joking matter !! I would not recommend this supplier

Atrocious service. Came to measure and knew I was in a rush to put the windows in. A long time later I called in and he couldn’t even find my file. He hadn’t even ordered the windows but committed to coming back to me, that day to initiate the order. A week later I still hadn’t heard from him so I called back again. Admitted again that he had done nothing. He seems to be a nice man who just isn’t able to keep on top of his business and if you are looking for windows or doors you might think you have placed your order, but many months later he will have done absolutely nothing to even start the process. Be really very careful.
We are delighted with our new windows. I highly recommend Harris Windows. John is a gentleman and he was very helpful and gave great advice on windows that were suitable for our home. His team of lads were superb. They were very tidy when they installed the windows. No hassle and very efficient. They are very good value and definitely worth a visit to get a quote from them.
