Did nothing they said they would do. Communication is shocking bad. Said they would do a job, a week later I managed to get a hold of them and they agreed to have the job done within the following week. A day later they tell me they are not going to do what they said they would do and they were all prioritising a big job. Wasted 2 weeks of very valuable time and gave me no alternative to get the work I need done, done.
