Had an electrical fault in a newly purchased property that left us without power. Tom was quick to respond and carefully diagnosed the fault, getting us back up and running. Very professional and even took the time to talk over and offer some advice on some electrical changes we are considering. Check my reviews, I don't often leave 5 stars, but Tom was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely use his services again. EDIT (end of 2023): We've been using Tom's services for all of our general electrician needs since this initial review. Tom continues to be great to work with. Still 5 stars!
After getting Tom to view a job he failed to come back with a quote even though he said he would provide one... twice. A nice person and seems to know his stuff but unfortunately ended up wasting my time.
