We would highly recommend Johnny to anyone pursuing a new build home project. Johnny’s industry knowledge took all of the guess work out of pricing, planning and scheduling, He looked after all of this and kept the project moving along smoothly and quickly. We moved into our home less than a year after breaking ground. Johnny works with high quality local suppliers and trades people. We knew from the offset what our costs would be and the work was scheduled ahead of time so that everything kept moving along and there was no chasing up to be done- something that would have been very difficult without him. Everyone says that building a house is very stressful but with Johnny’s help it really made everything so easy for us. He was always on hand to answer any questions we had and guide us in the right direction. He kept a close eye on everything and was able to spot and resolve any issues quickly and professionally. We are so delighted with the outcome of our home and that we got to move in so quickly. Without Johnny’s help, it would have been a much longer road and a lot more stress! It’s been absolutely worth it for us and we’d really encourage anyone to take on Johnny as their project manager.

From the minute we got in touch with Johnny he was nothing but helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Johnny was always on hand to answer any questions or concerns that we had, and we trusted him completely when asking for his opinion or advice on decisions we had to make. Johnny genuinely cares about the homes that he’s building and he made suggestions to improve our home for example future proofing the house if we ever wanted to extend upstairs in the future. If there was ever a problem (which were few and far between), Johnny was on site to sort it immediately, and he just made the whole process so enjoyable and stress free. He was so organised and we always knew what was happening in the coming weeks and months, and when we had to have decisions made by. The team of trades that he had working on our home were also fantastic - never a week went by without someone on site working away which resulted in our home being built in 10 months.
