Kitchen World Waterford

Our kitchen, utility, wardrobes, and office were designed by John Grace. We can't recommend him highly enough for all his professionalism, commitment, (patience to design so many rooms for us!) and friendliness. He even had all different options ready for our appointment which greatly speeded all the designs. John was fantastic to deal with and guided us throughout all the process from design, minor changes frim survey due to electric fix and gabble ceilings, all the way to fitting. The end result exceeded our expectations, we're very happy with the quality and design of all our rooms. We also appreciate the job carried out by Patricia in Signature Space for quartz countertops. They were all amazing to deal with, thank you

We are absolutely in love with our kitchen, pantry and utility room from Kitchen World Waterford. We dealt with John Grace, who is an absolute gentleman and a credit to Kitchen World! From day one, John couldn't have done more for us. We made many changes to our kitchen over our extended design process (extended due to our own building delays!!) but John couldn't have been more helpful and provided some great creative ideas and solutions! He went above and beyond at every stage and responded to our silliest of questions and requests super quickly. He suggested tweaks and changes to suit our budget, that didn't take away from the vision we had. At the fitting stage we dealt with Aidan, who again is a credit to the company. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and his attention to detail was amazing. Aidan left the place spotless and we couldn't recommend him highly enough.

We had our new kitchen designed and installed recently by kitchen world and couldn't recommend them enough. We went to multiple other companies with our ideas and wish list and was told "that can't be done" everytime. However, when we went to kitchen world they were fantastic. John Grace was so welcoming and listened to all of our asks and must haves. He took such time to go through every single piece in detail to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The finished product was beyond our expectations!! John was fantastic from the beginning and we wouldn't have our dream kitchen without him. Eugene did an outstanding job fitting the kitchen and the finish speaks for itself. The pictures speaks for themselves of the level of craftsmanship and quality delivered by kitchen world.

I really enjoy the experience of dealing with kitchen world waterford. Our consultant Steven was very patient and very helpful. Gave us plenty of time. Great choice and selection . Quotation good value . Couldn't fault anything today.

James is a fantastic guy! Incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He has given many hours of his time to sit down and plan every detail with us and show what the best options may be. Out of all the other places we looked at, no one came close to his level of professionalism and commitment to make sure you get the kitchen of your dreams, so it was a no brainer to go with Kitchen World. We felt like wanted guests upon every interaction, as opposed to some of the other places where it felt like staff were almost doing us a favour by speaking to us. Even after everything was signed and money handed over, James kept a close eye on the installation process to make sure we were happy every step of the way. The gentleman installing the kitchen (Walter) was also excellent, putting in long days and ironing out every detail to make sure we were satisfied. It's very hard to get honest and hard workers in today's market but Kitchen World is where you can find them. Many thanks to James, Walter and the team!
