This Review is based on my own personal experience and contact I have had with a business or it's agents or representatives I say what I see and if someone dosent like what they read then do something to improve your business and training of your staff in the area of engaging with general public respect and good professional customer skill is not whole lot to expect reporting a review because you don't like what you read is quite concerning as you must be open to both positive and negative criticism of you can handle negative criticism then your body n wrong business, Had experience of knowing the owners of this company, in last year I've had experience of dealing with their staff, in particular one who is placed at public service building in waterford, there are two staff members one of them is polite respectful and is extremely olbiging and a delight to meet and deal with, The second individual has no personality lacks serious personal people skills and has a rude ignorant distasteful manner, he also has a Authoritarian attitude and wearing of a uniform has is most probable gone to his head, he shows no or little respect to general public and avoids conversing with the public in fear they are all contagious, Public service building where public who have sensitive private matters to deal with when visiting these buildings don't need to deal wit the individuals like this guy he is unfit to be placed in a public place having to deal with public he is best places on a building site where he has his own company, it's individuals like this guy who give company like SS security a bad name or bad rep or rating, S SECURITY start veting your staff appropriately especially in altering their attitude towards general public. If I see or witness a change I may change my rating of you company
