Called them on a Saturday and phil was out fast very nice guy and fixed my leak in an annoying spot to work in without any issue

I came down to a flooded utility room last week, on top of having a very stressful week. When I googled plumbers, I hadn't come across Town and Country Plumbing Ltd before, so decided to try them out and I am glad I did. The phone was answered straight away, and very politely by Brian, who asked what the issue was and said he would have someone out to me as soon as possible. Within a few minutes, Nathan then rang to tell me what time he would be calling and what the repair would cost. He arrived on time, and he took all Covid safety protocols, repaired the leak, in a timely manner, and did a very tidy job of it. All in all, a very professional service, I will definitely be using Town and Country Plumbing Ltd again.

Called late on a sunday evening with a leak dripping from the ceiling, and had nathan out to us within 30 minutes. Knew exactly what the problem was and sorted it until the parts were available, , came back exactly when he said he would and finished the job. Topclass work, very professional, would highly recommend,Nathans an absolute gent.

Would highly recommend Nathan. He was the only plumber who would answer his phone to me on New Year's Eve when I had an emergency. When they came to sort the problem, they spent the whole day making sure it was fixed, neat and professionally done. Nathan came back the next day to check issue was fully resolved. Arrived when he said he would and did what he said he would do. My go to plumbers from now on.
