Unfortunately, my experience with this brokerage was consistently disappointing over the past three years. Each visit was met with an unwelcoming attitude, and despite my loyalty, the customer service remained cold and dismissive. Communication was poor, and the recent interaction only confirmed that respect for long-term clients is not a priority. I would not recommend them.
Absolutely great company to deal with. They gave me the cheapest quote out of at least 15 different brokers and insurers and it was the cheapest by a lot too. Very good service, I rang for a quote on a Friday after 2 and was insured and all by 5. Very helpful, efficient and friendly staff. I'd heard from a lot of people that they are the best for insurance and they really are. I will definitely by recommending them to others. Thank you.
