Worse company ever to deal with, they're supposedly managing a certain property complex , but there's issues with four abandoned cars in the car park, these cars are laying idle for year's, contacted Manor Properties about this issue and they never even replied, the same complex they are supposedly managing has a caravan, trailers, skips etc outside . They don't even manage any of their properties, joke of an agency

Amazing experience selling a property with this business, Derville was amazing and unbelievably efficient , I simply cannot recommend Manor Properties highly enough and please ask for Derville as she delivered the best customer service i have ever received in selling a property , i also rented out a property and Derville was amazing too. Terrible Housing & Terrible Company. Houses are filled with mold, Dirt and dampness throughout the entire house. Won't bother to replace stained and filthy mattresses or Won't bother to replace a backless broken desk chair for a studying student. Refuse to take any accountability for their actions & act dumb to the problems within the houses. Should be ashamed of themselves!
Run a mile! Unhelpful with everything from start to finish. Will not help you if you have any issues and also had a crazy neighbor in Lismore Park which their lies were believed over us (the paying tenants). You will be restricted and threatened with fines based upon neighbors lies. Also if you look for your deposit back from them €250 will be taken in ‘gas arrears’ when it can only go into €20 MAX arrears. Joanne and carol will then ignore you for 4-5 months tryin to get your deposit back. Horrific place to deal with. Empty promises all year round of them going to fix the mold and issues around the house but then just left us in the house for a year with mold everywhere!
