They were quick to respond, and in few days I saw my little house which finally got me an address and a place to call home. Katie, Sinead and Jack were the people I dealt with mostly and I can't praise them all enough with answering all my questions, endless emails and few visits to the agency. Thank you lads, you are so friendly, efficient and helpful.

A wonderful company with amazing staff and support. Excellent from day one. Very easy to get set up and the staff are incredibly helpful. I have spoken to multiple people at the agency and they have all been wonderful. Fiona is a lovely lady to work with and Sinead on the reception is an absolute gem. Purchased our first property with smart move properties and dealt with Andrea Toner. After having multiple encounters with different estate agents in Waterford not having a great experience Andrea toner at smart move properties was absolutely brilliant easy to deal with and only a phone call away for any question or query at any time of the day and we had plenty. She made whole process so easy and communicated very clearly what was needed for us to do. She dealt with us very professional and closed the sale for us in a timely manor. If I ever have to go to buy or sell or anything that’s needed I will only be dealing with this estate agents.
