The report was clear and provided guidance on what remedial work would be essential and what issues might need remedial work in the future. He provided estimate for the essential work to be completed. We adjusted our offer accordingly, unfortunately that wasn't accepted by the seller. I think we made the right choice once we were informed about the condition and potential legal issues with the property.
