Found Halley Grace very unprofessional after going into process bidding on a house. The communication was awful, had to email looking for updates 3 times over a week and a half to both Anna's in the office before getting a short abrupt email response saying the house was sold. When I asked why I was not included in the process I got a rude call from Tom saying it was his house to sell to who he likes. Considering I'm in the market to buy a house I would have expected a more professional process as we may have come across each other again for another house. Instead I felt like I was getting told off for not understanding the bidding war process (this is the first ever house I put a bid on). As supposed experts in the field of real estate I would have expected a bit more compassion for first time buyers trying to find their way on to an extremely difficult market. Up to now this is the first Real Estate firm that I've had a negative experience with, better options available if you are looking to sell or buy your home.
We bought our house through Halley Grace earlier this year. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as was Anna in the office. Thank you so much for all of your hard work on our behalf.
