I viewed an apartment with John in Waterford city and although the apartment was very nice and modern., it wasn’t what I was looking for in regards to location and size. After expressing this with John, he had another viewing the following week for me. It was exactly what I was looking for. John really listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect home. He was professional, patient, understanding and extremely kind. I was travelling two hours for the viewings and with this, he was extremely accommodating in relation to days and times to view.
