I viewed an apartment with John in Waterford city and although the apartment was very nice and modern., it wasn’t what I was looking for in regards to location and size. After expressing this with John, he had another viewing the following week for me. It was exactly what I was looking for. John really listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect home. He was professional, patient, understanding and extremely kind. I was travelling two hours for the viewings and with this, he was extremely accommodating in relation to days and times to view. I genuinely can’t recommend working with Liberty Blue and Regina enough. They made the stressful process of buying a house so much easier and were so helpful, transparent and understanding. They took the time to explain things to us, reassure us when we needed reassurance and kept in regular contact throughout the whole process.
