Believe me when I say this: many agencies treat buyers like entries on a spreadsheet, and it’s baffling how they manage to stay in business. But Deirdre and Rachel were nothing like that. From day one, Deirdre promised to look after us, and she absolutely delivered. No matter the size or nature of our requests, she was always ready to help. She even went above and beyond by helping us secure temporary accommodation when our house was delayed by a couple of months and we were suddenly served notice on our rental. What an absolute star! Without a doubt selling your house is a stressful experience no matter what your age profile. Deirdre recently sold my parents house & I cannot recommend her services highly enough. As can frequently happen, it was a little complicated but Deirdre was professional, patient and kept the process going until completion. The most important thing for us, was the clear communication and the reassurance at all pivotal points. I would not go further than Deirdre & her team if you are buying or selling.
