I would like to express my appreciation for remax team in Waterford for their professiinalism and the support in the process of finding my property. As in the last several months i engaged with other agents too, i ended up in the conclusion that your service has a more balanced attitude towards vendors and buyers treating both parties alike. My experience showed that agents in general identify their interests with the vendors in order to get the highest price without being willing to give advice or mention any potential disadvantages of the property reviewed. For first time buyers without knowledge of local realities pertaining real estate eg neighbourhood safety issues, or potential implications if property for sale under tenancy, advice from the agent can make the difference. When it comes to transparency you are by far the best. Since practically no matter not said explicitly, the sale process is an auction, other agents provide oral information about bids have been offered above asking price, without at times even specifing the exact bid. The fact that you have an online platform where bids offered are publicly available, provide reassurances about the transparency of the process. Due to all the above I would be happy to do bussiness again with you in the future.
