I found my dealings with WHR/Cunningham auctioneers actually really pleasantly presented however completely ridiculous. All we wanted was our deposit back and a viable reason as to why we had to wait. One day we were told we had to wait for the landlord, another day it was the inspection, another day it was sent (September 21, I moved out August 31).. we were constantly lied to and i was constantly avoided, and how I’m aware of this is due to my partner ringing the agency on September 21 and a representative who stated she had been off for a while also stated she knew I was trying to get in contact. So either she wasn’t off, or she was told cause unfortunately, I hadn’t been replied to bar one email I was replied to after two weeks of being out of the premises. Which was the time I was told I had to wait maximum for this. I then had absolutely no option but to go further as then to prolong it even further, a microwave being misplaced came into question via landlord. I would never and have never taken anything that doesn’t belong to me. Due to me going further, I actually received my money payment back today, just 10 minutes before I started writing this. The whole process from finding the place we rented was absolutely perfect however the being ignored, the run around I was sent on, the lies that the deposit had been refunded was absolutely ridiculous.

We engaged with Waterford Home Rentals last year when looking to move. The agent we engaged with was very responsive, found us the ideal house for our needs and facilitated a viewing via video, ensuring we were happy with the house before paying deposit and signing the lease. Having dealt with multiple different rental agencies and directly with landlords, we have found WHR to be fantastic to deal with, very professional and more organized we've already been contacted regarding a lease renewal ahead of our lease expiry next month. Any of our maintenance issues that we've reported have been addressed quickly. The service people that they use are also very friendly. Would highly recommend.

I'll tell you my experience with Waterford Home Rentals. It was perfect , we was renting through them since 2019 and I can honestly said that everything goes so smoothly with documents in the office, everything what we need people was happy to help us, and Amy was great! Very happy with service , we had to move to other place with private landlord but If I move again I totally will chose them again. 10/10 🙏

Atrocious agency. The apartment I stayed in grew a ridiculous amount of mould within days, shower broke and the initial electricity readings given by the agency were so far off what the meter actually read, I was asked to pay 270 euro for the misreading by the agency. After several attempts to contact the landlady over the apartments condition, I moved to live with my other half as the mould and spores made me very ill. Months later, I received a call from Amy Cunningham, who berated me over the phone, asking why I would not answer my phone while I work. Complete disgrace of an agency and of a person. Avoid at all costs.

My family rented from Waterford Home Rentals for almost 4 years. Amy went out of her way at the beginning to find us a home that would allow our dog and would be comfortable for us after renting off a terrible agency previously and being desperate to find a place before our baby was born. Over the years they were helpful, friendly, and always responded to any request we had in a timely professional manner. They even helped us to find a bigger place to move into once we outgrew our first home with them and made it a quick and easy process! I would highly recommend renting with them!
