Great cameras and well installed and in a timely manner, but his backup when something goes wrong seems to be not to answer the phone. After calling Jack regularly for 8 months i finally found a tech engineer that fixed the problem in 10 minutes. If he simply said he he wasnt coming back it would have been better.
