Niall and team were excellent in helping us through our build. They always made themselves available and there was no such thing as a stupid question. Couldn't reccomend NJD enough to people.
When Niall came out to do the inspection he was very patient while I followed him around asking lots of questions. He took his time, was extremely thorough and very generous with his knowledge. The quality and detail of the report that was provided after was excellent and Niall was very helpful with answering any questions I had. Niall has been a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend his services!!
We hired Niall when we were buying our new home to do a home purchase survey. Niall was so helpful, there was so much we didn't know starting this process and we wouldn't be in our forever home now without him. We were unlucky enough to get outbid and had to hire Niall more than once and each time he was professional, approachable and most importantly friendly. We knew from our first meeting that he was the man for the job.
Niall did a survey for our recent house purchase. He was very responsive, accommodating and professional. The report was very thorough with pictures to go with all comments. Even when weeks later I had a follow up question, Niall helped out immediately. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks!
