We have recently had our windows replaced by Bonmahon Joinery - they had previously replaced two other houses in our area and we liked the quality and finish. Very easy to deal with, friendly and helpful with good advice, very happy with the turnaround time and how they treated the rest of the house when carrying out the work. From start to finish the customer service with Bonmahon Joinery is top notch. It was a pleasure to have dealt with everyone there. Gillian went through everything with us and advised to call to the showroom and went through all our options and gave samples to us which helped alot to choose colours etc. We are delighted we went with Bonmahon for our new windows and doors. The lads did a great job fitting them all. Was amazed at how clean they left the house in after fitting the windows and doors. Nothing was an issue to anyone in Bonmahon. I requested a different lock to be changed on the new door after the fitting was complete and this was done within a few days. Excellent service. Excellent service. Out of habit, we were initially going to go with another well know company who we had bought from in the past and eventhough we'd had problems with them we were going to give them the benefitof the doubt that it was a one off, but a friend told me to give Bonmahon Joinery a shot, as they had bought their windows for their new build from them, so we did and the initial meeting with Brea alone, sold them to us. From start to finish they were amazing, Brea really knows her stuff and is great for advice to give us what we wanted and needed. They are also a local company so if you have a problem, you are not looking to bring a part in from abroad. We built an split level house, and put the bedrooms downstairs, which is planned to have a patio off them so we decided to put patio doors off the bedrooms instead of windows, and feels much fresher. Give them a shot and you won't be disappointed.
