I’m honestly really disappointed with the experience I had. Communication was very poor — I waited a long time for a call back and had to keep chasing for a response. When I finally did hear back, the attitude and overall service were not what I expected at all. I had heard some mixed feedback before but decided to give them a chance anyway. Unfortunately, it turned out to be true. On top of that, the price quoted was far too high for what was needed. I wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Brian turned up right on time and repaired the locking mechanism on my old French doors quickly and efficiently. The job was done to a great standard. I’d happily recommend him to anyone needing similar work.

We had arranged to have our external locks and handles replaced and while working on the back double doors, Brian noticed that they were not latching properly at the top and were letting in a massive draught. The guys put in a lot of effort to fix them up and it made a massive difference to the warmth of the room afterwards. Couldn't ask for more!
