Murprotec - Definitive Damp Treatment

I don't usually write reviews, but this company absolutely deserves it, and the architect they entrusted my case to does. I filled out the initial request on their website and they got back to me within hours. After speaking with architect B.D. that evening about the problem I had at home, he explained the work he would need to do. He offered me a date and time for the inspection, and I replied that unfortunately I would be at work, but that he would find my wife at home anyway, and that they would open the door and she would be with him. He then told me that they don't do inspections with wives at home without their husbands because it's a waste of time, because he spoke to me on the phone and I couldn't explain to her what he had just explained to me (hard to understand, huh! Putting a resin on the interior walls that creates a barrier and prevents mold from growing! How difficult it is to explain that to my wife, HELP!), and obviously that in the end, they don't decide, and the work never gets done. But if you don't feel like doing inspections and making estimates, change your job, and above all, the doctor isn't forcing you to do this job!

Today I had a truly positive experience with this company specializing in humidity treatment. They arrived promptly as promised to perform a completely free diagnosis and immediately proved to be very professional, competent, and willing to explain every detail. I particularly appreciated their transparency and the thoroughness with which they analyzed the situation, without any commercial pressure. It's rare to find such serious and well-trained technicians, who work with passion and respect for the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone with humidity problems: they are truly rare in their industry.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Murprotec. The sales process was very pushy, with intense pressure to sign quickly, and the service costs were extremely high. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not live up to the promises, leaving me with significant issues that required further intervention. This resulted in very high additional costs to repair the damage caused, effectively leaving me with a huge overall expense. Customer service was also lacking, with responsibility shifted to the customer rather than offering concrete solutions. Overall, a very disappointing experience and far below expectations in terms of professionalism.

Good evening, The Guzzo team completed the work at my home, installing the AHU... truly excellent, professional, and competent. Davide and his team did a perfect job, very thorough and meticulous, especially with the cleaning. I've had several jobs done inside my home, but I was truly impressed by the way they paid attention to every little detail. I've never encountered such professionalism and honesty. It doesn't hurt that they were kind and helpful, even when my daughter was home sick. Keep up the good work, it's hard to find people like you!! Thanks again
