Totally unreliable. I've made appointments twice. I've come to Milan specifically to meet these people, and each time, at the last minute, they've canceled and then told me they have a lot of construction sites open or health reasons. They don't even have the courage to pick up the phone and apologize. They don't even have the secretary message me on WhatsApp. Be careful, they even charge you €50 for the consultation. I'll send them €150 worth of gas I spent on travel.
