The “Management” see customers as a 110€. No more than that. Very bad service and customer follow up. They send you messages and warnings for everything but they don’t know to remind you that you should cancel your subscription a month before. They don’t tell you that when registering. ( I would’ve remembered). Now, they want to take an extra 110€ for an extra last month because i didn’t cancel. Well, take it if you can. This is a scam. Don’t register there especially for international people. I pay money for the time i spend there not time they decide to renew for me. Mention this when you are taking in new clients. You take a lot of money. Insert a command in your system that warns clients that they should cancel or renew their subscription. Not only a command that warns them that the gym will be closed because you will be filming. They are like robots working with no flexibility. The worst gym experience ever being expensive for no reason. Nothing special. They don’t even have high weight dumbbells .If you’re that attentive and honest, someone of the staff should warn me. Not wait until a day before i should inform them then tell me that i should’ve cancelled. If you can , take the 110€ from my account.

- Especially for Daypass-Customers - Very beautiful studio and friendly staff – for that alone, it would deserve 5 stars. However, the price and overall offer significantly reduce the rating. A day pass for €30 is far too expensive for what is included. There are no drink options, no towels, and no recovery or wellness area. I travel frequently across many cities and countries, and day passes at this price level usually include at least some of these basics. Even gyms without a recovery area and without towels typically charge no more than €15. What’s especially disappointing is the lack of any drink offer – something that even old-school gyms usually provide. Overall, a great-looking gym with kind staff, but the value for money does not match the price at all.

Great gym, has everything you need, but they can’t decide on what price to charge you per month. I’ve been here for almost 2 years and has always paid €70 a month (which is already a lot but ok), and then in October I get a request for €90 a month, without any warning or notice or anything. I ask the next day why I got charged 90 and they say ”change of policy this is the new price” as if €70 euros wasn’t enough… they seem to care more about the money than the people. No one should have to pay that much for a place like this. Where I’m from you get the same quality for 30-50 euros.🫠 it’s a shame because the gym is great

Factory Milano completely mis-sold their service and then threatened us with legal action. When we showed interest at reception, we explained that we were only in Milan for a month—so their 4-month contract wouldn't work for us. A staff member told us it was no problem because we could cancel within one month. That turned out to be false. We tried to cancel at the end of our month in Milan as promised. Instead, we were told we had signed a 4-month contract and were legally bound to it. When we explained we'd been mis-sold at reception, the gym manager said we either paid €660 or faced €660 plus €1,000 in legal fees once their lawyers got involved. This experience cast a dark shadow over what had been an amazing month in a beautiful city. This is the first time I've ever written a negative review online. Consider this a warning if you're thinking of signing up at this gym.

Very friendly staff and people. Great gym equipment. A bit pricey for a session €30
