I trained at Plus One Gym Concept during my time in Milan, and it was a great experience overall. The gym has excellent machines and equipment, everything well maintained, and the vibe is very motivating. What really stood out was how friendly and welcoming the trainers were. As a tourist, I immediately felt comfortable and included, which isn’t always easy in a new city. Special mention to Davide, who was extremely helpful, approachable, and made sure everything went smoothly for me. If you’re looking for a gym in Milan with good equipment, a positive atmosphere, and supportive staff, I’d definitely recommend this place.
Great experience as a tourist, trained here for 2 days, you have the necessary to do your workout, the price for one day pass was 30€, kinda expensive but thats the usual price in the area. Also staff was very friendly in both days :)
Great gym, small like a cross fit gym in a hangar style setting but with proper weight lifting equipment instead of cross fit. Mostly weights and machines with fewer cardio based equipment. Membership prices vary depending on which hours of the day you will be coming, for example 1-5pm or 5-10pm. They offer short term contracts as well
I only have good things to say about this place. Every member of staff is extremely friendly, helpful and approachable. The equipment is new and of good quality. Locker rooms are clean. Subscription prices are fair and there is a just a nice overall atmosphere to the place. I’d only wish they posted the front desk opening times as they differ from the gym opening times.
