Ital Cleaning Milano - Impresa di pulizie

Hi everyone! I turned to Italcleaning for post-construction cleaning and, subsequently, for furniture cleaning. To say I was satisfied is an understatement. I couldn't have found a better team than Nipon (the manager), and a more helpful contact (Michela). Attentive, kind, competent, helpful, and precise. Great workers. Before they arrived, the house was dusty. Once their work was finished, it was a splendor. For this very reason, I decided to call them back once all the furniture was assembled. In addition to the house, they meticulously cleaned my terrace, basement, and double garage. I couldn't have made a better choice. If you want to invest your money wisely and have the opportunity to get help with post-construction cleaning, trust me: Italcleaning is a guarantee.

È mio dovere scrivere una recensione sulla mia esperienza con Ital Cleaning, sopratutto lavorando con Michela ed i operai. OK, adesso faccio in Inglese. I have moved to Milan and purchased a place that was restructured, and thus after most of the major works were completed (albeit after a lot of drama), there was a need for engaging an Industrial Cleaning company. I have lived in the Bay Area (San Francisco, CA) and we are used to engaging professional commercial cleaners post major works. I stumbled into this company, by virtue of Google Reviews. I would like to segue, BTW, Google Reviews is the GO-TO for all local daily living recommendations here in Italy (and I would conjecture in Europe and maybe rest of the world?). I caveat this, since in the SF, Yelp seems to be the GO-TO for reviews. Not in Europe, so that I learned that all the review considerations that I have gathered from Google Reviews, vis a vis daily living was spot on. Where travel is concerned, it is TripAdvisor. Yelp was unable to penetrate outside of US and Canada, unfortunately. Now back to Ital Cleaning, my experience was just wonderful. Living outside the US, is quite a challenge in and of itself, where customer service is concerned. However, my initial engagement with Ital Cleaning and then meeting Michela via email, text, Whatsapp, in person and the work itself - was so smooth, dependable, amicable and very professional. As an American living outside of the US, this company is one of the few that gave me the US standard of service. Grazie Michela e i ragazzi per il meraviglioso lavoro. Alla prossima!
