I'm very happy with Nicola, who was punctual and quick. The sofa was in terrible condition, and he gave it a new lease of life. I should add that when it dried, I noticed two stains remained. I notified Nicola, and exactly a week later he returned with a smile to complete the job. I've attached before-and-after photos.

However, I believe she's in the process of creating one and will probably write to you personally. No one is being rude with this negative review. When you requested payment, you were duly paid. We're simply expressing our opinion and experience regarding the service received. Furthermore, it's incorrect to say that we aren't your customers. We are, in every respect: I was the one who told you about the work, the landlady came to see the sofa, and we were the ones who contacted you and commissioned the work. We also sent you photos showing the results, as proof of the work performed. Unfortunately, neither the service received nor the work performed satisfied us. For this reason, we left a review that truly reflects our experience. I also signed my landlady's review. And I'm publishing it. 👎 ⛑️The experience wasn't the best. The technician arrived for the service with a very noticeable cigarette odor. We believe a professional should present themselves in a more well-groomed and respectful manner toward customers, for example, wearing clean clothes and using deodorant. We initially glossed over these aspects, waiting to see the final result of the sofa cleaning. We were told we would have to wait a few days for it to dry completely, but some stains remained. Furthermore, the white color of the sofa had become uneven and had an almost "camouflaged" effect. We wonder if we're the only ones to have had an experience like this, or if other customers have encountered similar problems. Considering the positive reviews we've read, our experience surprised us. In any case, greater attention to personal appearance and the final result would have been greatly appreciated. ps. Reading these comments, we began to wonder if the person to whom all these wonderful compliments and reviews have been attributed is completely different from the person who came to our home.

I found Nicola's contact information online and, after reading the reviews, contacted him to have my sofa cleaned. It had numerous stains from DIY cleaners and dust. The sofa looked brand new!
