I own a property where an Air Control URC DOMO SMALL was installed. 2 and a half years after it was put into operation, the machine suddenly broke down, due to a sudden increase in voltage, the electronic board broke down irreparably. Through one of the two CATs in Turin (Flyservice) that appear in the list on the Air Control Clima website, I ordered the replacement which arrived after a long time but after many phone calls to the offices and the technical contact from whom it was difficult to get a response. In January 2026 the tenant reported to me that the URC was broken again, I immediately contacted the CAT (Evoluzione Clima) who intervened on 02/10/2026, the diagnosis was that the electronic board broke down again less than 2 years after the replacement, therefore it must be changed. On 03/03/2026 the CAT sent me the estimate for the repair of the machine but told me that I had to pay the Spare part, approximately €350, BEFORE the repair... Incredible!! He adds that unfortunately he can't be trusted and that he will pay for the spare parts immediately.... Incredible again!! I called Air Control Clima but unfortunately none of the people I had the pleasure of speaking to knew what to do and instead they sent me to the contact who they told me was the CAT coordinator and in any case the right person for any problem/request. I called several times but he doesn't answer, every time I call him the connection automatically ends and a text message arrives that says: I'm sorry, but I'm not available at the moment, I'll call you back as soon as possible - or it asks to contact him via WhatsApp but even there he doesn't give any feedback. I'm still waiting for a response to a practice that I consider extremely unfair and which shows a post-sales attention towards the customer that in my opinion is very questionable. Obviously, I will make sure to modify or delete the receipt as soon as I receive feedback. UPDATE 05/03/2026 After several phone calls, the dealer informed me that they will order the replacement part WITHOUT any advance payment from me and that I will pay for everything, part and labor, upon completion of the repair. I thank Mr. Gilles of Evoluzione Clima for his kind and helpful attitude, but my partially negative opinion of Air Control Clima remains due to their after-sales policies. UPDATE 10/03/2026 - Following Mr. Righetti's response, I would also like to clarify that I never questioned the product, but only noted the time elapsed since the first replacement. I absolutely did not propose to pay for the repair after the insurance company had received compensation, also because the insurance company would never have reimbursed the estimate document alone, but only the invoice for the repair. I believe that perhaps there was a misunderstanding with the dealer at the origin. In any case, as stated in the update of 5/3/2026, I am awaiting the repair and As agreed with the CAT, I won't have to pay anything in advance, so for me everything is resolved. I thank Mr. Gilles again and I also thank Mr. Righetti for the exhaustive response.

I installed Aircontrol in 2017 because we were recommended the best one, not because it was cheap. Two years after the motor burned out, the same technicians arrived with the motor that needed replacing, but the new motor blew out the power, and the technician wasn't able to fix it. A month later, a new one arrived from a company recommended by the manufacturer on their website. The motor started, but with a terrible noise and also caused the control display to go off. Now for almost three years, we've been using a toggle switch to turn it on and off. Because once the warranty was out, all the trusted technicians in the area told me to find someone else because our machine was no longer under warranty. Either they give me an appointment almost two or three months later and confirm they'll arrive, but then when the time comes, nothing. The manufacturer doesn't respond after constant calls for assistance, or they don't answer the phone, or they keep sending me to technicians who don't know what to do because once they arrive, they waste more time calling for help than actually fixing the machine. Just to top it off, the last technician told me he'd come back in two days with the machine open; he didn't hear from me for two years. We're now considering whether to change the car.
