I entrusted Domo Idea with the design and installation of an air conditioning system for multiple rooms. Once the work began, some serious technical issues arose due to defects and incorrect setup in the original system, previously installed by the building's construction company. Although this was a structural issue that was not attributable to an error in judgment by Domo Idea, Pierluigi proved to be extremely competent and possessed a keen problem-solving instinct. He and his team were able to address and resolve the unexpected issue very quickly, without impacting the scheduled delivery time.
