Bravissimo, i sent a text very early in the Morning with no hope of getting a reply but he responded , came through as soon as possibile, changed my door lock and did everything in time for me before I left for work.
The key broke off in the lock my first attempt at opening the door to an AirBnB. Even though it was a Sunday AND Republic Day, Tecnoferro Terrusa got me into the apartment. He then went back to the shop to make me a new key (I had been given only one, and the host is out of town). Then returned to give it to me. This is a FANTASTIC service. Talented. AND kind.
